Very helpful advising me on how to deal with a family member who was taking advantage of my elderly mother.

Mr. Giro has been consistent in his demeanor which has been pleasant, easy-going and competent. He’s not like some other attorneys who are really friendly during the initial consultation and as soon as you pay them, their true colors come out. I was actually waiting for it since I’m kinda used to it. Sad but true. C’est la vie. Well to my surprise, he’s been pretty cool even after we paid him. On the day of the signing, I had an emergency with one of my dogs. I had to take him to the vet to make him throw up the 11 tea bags he tore out of a new box. I got to him too late bc I was getting ready for the appointment with my parents, Mr. Giro and the other important attendees! I’ve been waiting probably…eight years for this moment but nooo…my dog had to try to kill himself with pyramid-shaped barley tea bags right before I was about to leave. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyway, he’s fine…now. Good thing the tea was not caffeinated. I got to Mr. Giro’s office later that day like I said I would when we spoke on the phone earlier. I gave him the same tea (new box ofc) my dog swallowed. Lol. Turns out he has a dog similar to my dog (that I just took to the vet 🙄). So I’m glad he loves dogs and he was understanding about what happened. Even more importantly, he’s been really patient with my parents. They’re first gen Korean. Their English speaking skills are…idk…okayish…enough…? Mr. Giro explained things very clearly and with visuals. It was very helpful. He gets it. Weirdly, but maybe not, I think my dad’s Spanish is better than his English so he was even chatting with Mr. Giro in Spanish for a little bit. I would highly recommend Mr. Giro’s legal services. I can finally check off this huge checkbox that’s been haunting me for all these years. Get this stuff done and out of the way for your senior parents and for yourself. I’m sure there are other elder law attorneys that are just as competent, but so far, Mr. Giro and his staff have been consistently pleasant and professional. Hope it continues! 👀👨‍👩‍👧🧑🏻‍🦯

Today I had a complimentary conference with Mr Giro attorney at law. He's very helpful with my situation he took his time didn't rush me and explained quite a bit to me and this was complimentary !
